Rules/Notes:

Validations include:

  • Warn user that they are querying without entering query criteria in either Applicant ID, Person ID, Surname, First Name, Other Name or Preferred Given Names. This may take some time to query.
  • No current Applicant ID to return when selecting OK in query or insert mode, and no Applicant ID exists.
  • Scholarship Applicants and Course Applicants checkbox cannot both be deselected simultaneously.

Depending on the selection of the Scholarship Applicants and Course Applicants checkboxes, the search criteria will be updated to retrieve the search results that satisfy the Applicant Type(s) specified. If both checkboxes are selected, the search results include all types of applicant types (i.e. Scholarship or Course).
By default, all applicant types will be included in the search criteria and both new checkbox fields should be selected.
