This form is used to define Student Scholarship Applications for Student Course Attempts (SCA) that has Scholarship Types.

The user selects the Appropriate SCA and Scholarship Type, which are added to the SCA via Record Scholarship Details form RESF3500, and defines an Admission Period and Scholarship Application Status. The User can also define an Institution Code, Degree, Mobility, Academic Result Summary Comments, Other Notes and Comments for the Scholarship Application.

It is possible to navigate in Context of the SCA, Scholarship Type and Scholarship Application to the Scholarship Application Rank form SCHF1100 by selecting the Application Ranking navigation button.

Student has a Scholarship Type defined to their SCA - User displays the SCA and Scholarship Type and defines a Scholarship Application.

 

The Student Scholarship block contains:

  • Person ID
  • Course
  • Scholarship Type

Rules/Notes:

 

To create a new Student's Scholarship Application record:

  • Enter Insert mode
  • Enter the details for the student's scholarship application
  • Save

Rules/Notes:

The Calendar Instance must be an Admission calendar

The Admissions calendar must have a system status of either ACTIVE or PLANNED

The Scholarship Application Status, Qualification Degree and Study Mobility fields must show a status other than CLOSED

The Institution status must be ACTIVE

New applications cannot be created after the cut-off date for the Admission period.
To modify a Student's Scholarship Application record:
  • Find the record to be modified
  • Modify the record as required
  • Save

To delete a Student's Scholarship Application record:

  • Find the record to be deleted
  • Locate the cursor in the record to be deleted
  • Delete record
  • Save
