The information on this pop-up page is display-only. It is identical to the information on the Maintain Student Unit Set Attempt Notes form (ENRF3082) which is used to create Notes for a SUSA (for example, for inclusion in an Academic transcript).
The ENRW3084 pop-up page is accessed via a selected Note for a SUSA, located on the Unit Sets tab on the Evaluate Potential Graduand page (GRDW5300) for a potential Graduand.
