Purpose

To allow the creation and maintenance of Government Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (E-COE) Status.

This form allows the definition of Government E-COE statuses, used in ADMF32T0 to indicate the status of the students Confirmation of Enrolment.

If the statuses defined on this form do not correspond to those used by the Government then errors will be generated when the Process PRISMS eCoE file (ADMJ3210) is run. Each institution needs to ensure that this form is populated with the correct government values. The functionality uses a check box for closing a Govt E-COE Status.

• Closed check box

Rules/Notes:

Government E-COE statuses, as defined here, are used directly in Callista. There is no mapping to institution E-COE statuses.
