Overseas Secondary Education Qualification

Use this form to record the institution defined Overseas Secondary Education Qualification Codes.

These codes are used in ADMF32D0 (accessed via ADMF3000) to indicate the level of qualification attributed to an applicant's Overseas Secondary Education.

The Overseas Secondary Education Qualification block contains:

• Overseas Scndry Edu Qualification
• Description
• Country Code
• Closed check box
• Explanation

Rules/Notes:

The Explanation field allows the display of more meaningful qualification information to applicants using the Applicant Portal, if required

Each code may be optionally mapped to a Country Code. Mapping of Overseas Qualification Codes to Country Codes restricts the qualifications displayed in the LOV in ADMF32D0 to those relevant to the Country Code recorded there.

Rules/Notes:

Once used in the System, Overseas Secondary Education Qualification Codes cannot be deleted. Select the Closed check box to prevent further use.

Once used in the System, only minor description modifications should be carried out.
