Tertiary Education Level Of Qualification Codes (ADMF02K0)

This form is used to record the Tertiary Admissions Centres codes that define the Level of Qualification an applicant has obtained. These codes are obtained from the relevant TAC manual/handbook.

Institution Defined Level Of Qualification codes are mapped to these codes in ADMF02K0. When TAC offering data is loaded into Callista, the System records the level of qualification of the applicant's prior tertiary education. It is the institution value, derived from the TAC supplied code which is recorded against the student.

  • Tertiary Education Level Of Qualification Codes (ADMF02K0)

The Tertiary Education Level Of Qualification Codes button (bottom of block), invokes the Maintain Tertiary Education Level Of Qualification form (ADMF02K0). Selecting a TAC code before navigating to ADMF02K0 causes only the Institution Defined Codes mapped to this TAC code to be displayed in ADMF02K0.

Rules/Notes:

Once used in the System, TAC Level of Qualification codes cannot be deleted. Select the Closed check box to prevent further use.

Once used in the System, only minor description modifications should be carried out.
