Purpose

To allow the recording of TAC-defined Australian Secondary Education School Codes.

Use this form to record Tertiary Admissions Centre (TAC) Secondary School codes as listed in the relevant TAC manual/handbook.

These codes are recorded against Admission Applicants (in ADMF32C0, accessed via a Application button in ADMF3000) to indicate the school at which their final year of Secondary Education occurred was undertaken.

The Australian Secondary Education School block contains:

• School Code
• Secondary School Name
• State
• School Type
• Closed check box

Each code may optionally be mapped to a System defined School Type.

Rules/Notes:

Once used in the system, Australian Secondary Education School Codes should not be deleted. Select the Closed check box (at right) to prevent further use.

Once used in the system, only minor description modifications should be carried out.
