Online Student Class Activity Allocation

Inquire on Existing Activity Allocations (SUAAO-INQ)

The application will display all accessible student unit attempts (according to Cohort Process Window configuration of SUAAO-INQ), which have a status of ENROLLED or INVALID. Any activities and activity groups that are currently selected by the student, and not logically deleted and ssf available will be returned for these units.

Activities can be associated to the unit, through the SUAAO-UPD application, or through ENRF4200.

 

Student Unit Attempt Activity Update (SUAAO-UPD)

The application will display all accessible student unit attempts (according to Cohort Process Window configuration of SUAAO-UPD), which have a status of ENROLLED or INVALID. Any activities that are not logically deleted and ssf available will be returned for these units. All activities and activity groups selected by the students, or activities and activity groups that are available to be allocated to the student, and associated with the student's units will be displayed in a generated list.

Activities can be associated to the unit, through this application, or through ENRF4200.

If the Enable Attend check box is selected in SSFF1210, then Activity selection will be available via the Shopping Cart.

 

Activity TimeTable (ACTVTY-TT)

This application will provide students with a personalised timetable of their activities for a nominated activity period. This application may be used as part of the Callista Connect Self-Enrolment process.

The standard person context data will be returned as OUT parameters for display and includes:

If there is more than one valid Activity Calendar Instance (according to Cohort Process window restrictions) the application will return a list of them. The student will/should then choose from this list the Activity Calendar period they wish to view their timetable for. The Activity Calendar data returned will include:

If a valid Activity Calendar Instance is provided, the application will also generate a timetable for the student with all SUA Activities. These are in teaching periods linked to the specified Activity Calendar. If there are no activities allocated for the specified Activity Calendar Instance, an empty Timetable will be generated.

When the Timetable is generated, it will produce the following information:
