Purpose

To display history details of a Course Reference Code

This form is used to display the history of changes to the reference codes applied to a particular Course Version.

The data displayed in this form is maintained in the Maintain Course Reference Codes form (CRSF1290).

The Course Version block contains:

• Course Code
• Version Number
• Sector
• Course Status
• Title

The Course Reference History block contains:

• History Start Date
• Reference Code Type
• Reference Code

Spread Table

• Description
• History End Date
• History By

Rules/Notes:

Perform query to retrieve a known Course Version.

Changes to the Course Reference Codes are displayed in reverse chronological order.

This form is entered in context for the course version used in a previous Audit or Course Structure and Planning form. For example: CRSF1210.

A query must be performed where:

• Other course forms have not been entered in the current session; or
• Another course form has been used but was exited in query mode.
