Purpose

To allow the recording of institution defined Special Consideration Categories

Use this form to record institution defined Special Consideration Categories.

The categories are used in the Register Special Consideration Application Details form (ASSF4911). They describe the grounds on which a student is applying for special consideration and are reviewed by the academics when considering the application outcome.

Special Consideration Application details can be viewed in the Applications for Special Consideration report (ASSR06L0).

The System Consideration Category block contains:

• Special Consideration Category
• Description
• Closed check box
• Explanation

Rules/Notes:

Once used in the System, Special Consideration Categories cannot be deleted. Select the Closed check box to prevent further use.

Once used in the System, only minor description modifications should be carried out.
