For the ceremony shown as context in the Graduation Ceremony block, notes of many types may be created. Each type reflects the common purpose of the notes associated with it. The available graduation ceremony note types are created in the form Maintain Graduation Note Types (GRDF1510).

Notes may be created, stored and retrieved in almost any format. The currently available formats are:

• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft Excel
• Text
• Other OLE (permitting virtually any other format)

Note:

• NCA notes are currently available in Text format only. Future Developments might enable the portablitiy of all other formats.
