This job is run:

• To provide details of students current enrolment details.
• To provide information when reviewing student records that have LAPSED, been DISCONTIN(ued) etc.
• As a reference for enrolment officers.
• At any time deemed necessary for whatever reason.

This job can be run online, particularly where the report is run with parameters specifying a small data set, such as a specific person ID or course code.

Most parameters for this job are used to refine the data set produced in the report.

The report can be run for a specific person ID or several person ID's. When running the report for several person ID's, the ID's should be separated by a comma.

Run the report for ALL or combinations of organisational units, course codes and location. Multiples of each type can be selected.

There is facility to specify between one and three course attempt statuses. Alternatively, select ALL in the first course attempt status parameter.

Multiple attendance types and modes may be selected. By default, ALL are reported.

The Select ATSI Student Only parameter when set to 'YES', selects only Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island students.

The Select Specific Government HECS Payment Options parameter, allows the report to be run for international students only by specifying the international HECS payment options.

The report is presented in landscape mode.
