Maintain Student Unit Attempt Notes (ENRF3081)

Purpose

This form is used to create and maintain free-form notes associated with student unit attempts.

Accessed From

Access directly from menus, or in context via the Notes navigation button on the Student Unit Attempt screen of the Record Enrolments form, ENRF3000. This button is available if unit notes are included as an allowable step for the enrolment category used in the session.

Using the Form

If accessed directly from a menu, queries can be made in the Student Unit Attempt block.

Notes can be created, stored and retrieved in a variety of formats. The currently available formats are:

· Microsoft Word

· Microsoft Excel

· Text

· Other OLE (permitting virtually any other format)

Note:

• NCA notes are currently available in Text format only. Future Developments might enable the portablitiy of all other formats.

An enrolment note type must be specified for each note created.

Notes/Rules

Enrolment note types with a system-recognised value of ACAD-REC cannot be used in this form.
