Explanation |
This block is used to specify date aliases which have been chosen by the institution to represent non-Enrolment specific dates. Each of these system dates is defined and their use explained in the explanation of Enrolment Calendar Configuration. |
Example |
If the institution determines that census dates will be represented by the date alias CENSUS, then by recording CENSUS in the Census Date Alias field in this form, the System will recognise CENSUS for any activity involving census dates. |
To record a census date alias using the Maintain System Calendar Configuration form: |
