The Course Offering block (context block) displays the current course offering (context record) from the Maintain Course Offerings form. The displayed records in the Course Offering Note block are the notes for the context record |

If course offering A300 - Bachelor of Arts, version x is selected in the Maintain Course Offerings form and the Course Offering Notes navigation button is selected, then this form will display A300 - Bachelor of Arts, version x, Standard Academic Year as the context record and any existing notes relating to this course offering will be displayed. |

This function allows additional information
to be attached to course offerings in the form of notes. Notes of many types
may be created, each type reflecting the common purpose of the notes
asssociated with it.
Notes may be created, stored and retrieved in almost any format. The currently available formats are:
