Course Annual Load |
Explanation |
This form is used by institutions which have a variable annual credit point load for a full time year of study. Institutions which operate with standard annual loads use the Maintain Basic Course Details form to record credit point load. Where the annual credit point load varies, an EFTSU calculation is used to derive a student's attendance type. |
Where the annual credit point load for a full time year of study varies between years within a course, annual credit point values must be entered for each year of the course version. E.g. year 1 = 96 credit points, year 2 = 108 credit points, year 3 = 96 credit points. |
