This form is used to display the history of changes applied to a student's unit set attempt records.

The data displayed in this form is maintained in the Maintain Student Unit Set Attempt form (ENRF3252).

• Perform query to retrieve a known student.
• Changes to the student's unit set attempt are displayed in reverse chronological order.
