This form is used to display the history of changes to a student's unit attempt record.

The data displayed in this form is maintained in the Record Enrolments - Unit form (ENRF3000).

• Perform query to retrieve a known person.
• Changes to the student's unit attempt records are displayed in reverse chronological order.
