This form is used to record an applicants prior tertiary education attempts. It is normally accessed via the Tertiary Edn navigation button in the Direct Admission form (ADMF3000).

When navigating to this form from ADMF3000, the Person block in this form displays details of the applicant selected in ADMF3000.

Record known prior tertiary education details for the displayed applicant.

All fields relate to the applicant's prior tertiary education.

Mandatory fields are level of completion and institution code.

Language component refers to prior tertiary studies which had a language component.

The Exclusion checkbox indicates whether or not the applicant was refused enrolment in prior studies.

Selecting the Units navigation button displays a block in which details of prior units studied may be recorded.

• Where a list of values is available, only values from that list can be inserted in the field. Other fields permit any value to be entered.
• Records cannot be created here for the 'local' institution.
• Closed language component, country code, honours and field of study values can be used in a prior tertiary education record.
