Use this function to record a Government State in the System State Table (S_STATE). This form sets up Government requirements for different AVETMISS files. The table below shows information that could potentially be stored in the System using this function. Government State values for each sector are contained within this table:

To create a new Government State:
|
Rules/Notes: Government State codes MUST be unique. A Government State record cannot be created for a closed System State. |
To modify a Government State:
|
Rules/Notes: Once in use, a Government State should not be modified. A Government State cannot be reopened if it is mapped to a closed System State. |
To delete a Government State:
|
Rules/Notes: A Government State can be closed preventing any further use by selecting the Closed check box. |
