Government School Level Completed Codes are mapped to institution-defined values and are recorded for VET Person Statistics. Government School Level Completed Codes are reported in the NAT00080 Client File. This form sets up Government requirements for ENRF01S0 - Maintain School Level Completed.

The following are examples of AVETMISS School Level Completed Codes to be created and maintained in Callista using this function.

This form is accessed through the main menu.

 

The Government School Level Completed Code block contains:

  • Govt School Level Completed
  • Description
  • Closed check box

 Rules/Notes:

To create a new Government School Level Completed Code:

  • Enter Insert mode.
  • Enter the new code in the Government School Level Completed Code field of a blank record.
  • Enter the corresponding description for the Government School Level Completed Code in the Description field.
  • Save.

Rules/Notes:

 Government School Level Completed codes MUST be unique. 

To modify a Government School Level Completed Code:

  • Find the record to be modified.
  • Modify the record as required.
  • Save.

Rules/Notes:

Once in use, an Government School Level Completed Code should not be modified.

To delete a Government School Level Completed Code:

  • Find the record to be deleted.
  • Locate the cursor in the record to be deleted.
  • Delete record.
  • Save.

Rules/Notes:

A Government School Level Completed Code cannot be deleted if it has been used in a School Level Completed record. It can be closed preventing any further use by selecting the Closed check box.
