Government Recognition Types are mapped to institution-defined values and are assigned to Course Versions. They are reported in the NAT00030 Course File as Recognition Status Identifiers. The form sets up Government requirements for CRSF11J0 - Maintain Recognition Type. The following are examples of Government Recognition Types:

To create a new Recognition Type:

Rules/Notes: More than one active Recognition Type can exist for each Government Recognition Type. Institution defined Recognition codes MUST be unique. All Mandatory fields must have data entered prior to saving the record. Mandatory Fields in this case are:

To modify a Recognition Type:

Rules/Notes: Once in use, a Recognition Type should not be modified. |
To delete a Recognition Type:
|
Rules/Notes: A Recognition Type can be closed preventing any further use by selecting the Closed check box. |
