Scholarships

This form is used to define the Scholarship Details as used in the Scholarship subsystem and the Research subsystem

The Application Final Date Alias is used in the Research subsystem: Attempting to add or update a Student Scholarship Application within SCHF1000, Scholarship Application Rank within SCHF1100 or Scholarship Application Rank Entry within SCHF1500 once that date has past, it results in a validation displaying and not allowing that record to be committed.

The Application Start Date and Final Date Aliases are used in the Scholarship subsystem to define the window of opportunity for an applicant to apply for a particular Scholarship Offering Instance. The Application Start and End Dates for a Scholarship Offering Instance take the values defined for the Date Alias for the instance of the Calendar Type defined for that Scholarship Offering in SCHF1020.

The Application Account Creation Email Type is used in the Scholarship subsystem to define the Email type used in the process of creating a Scholarship Applicant - see SCHF1010.

The Offer Response Offset days value is used in the Scholarships subsystem to determine the number of days an applicant has to respond to a scholarship offer.

Rules/Notes:

The Date Aliases must be of type SCHOLARSHIP.

The Date Aliases must not be closed.

The Email Type must not be closed.
