This form enables entry of Marks to multiple Student Scholarship Applications for a selected Admission Period, Rank Type and (if applicable) Org Unit. Only Student Scholarship Applications with a status of PENDING or RECEIVED will display within this form. The user can navigate to Student Scholarship Application form SCHF1000, in context of the selected Student Scholarship Application Ranking Entry, by selecting the Scholarship Application Details button. The following are examples of : Student has a Scholarship Application with a Status of PENDING or RECEIVED within an Admission Period

To create a new Scholarship Application Rank Entry:

Rules/Notes: The selected Rank type cannot be closed. The selected Organisational Unit must be active. The selected Organisational Unit must have a valid Start Date and End Date. A record cannot be inserted or updated when the Scholarship Application Status has a System value other than RECEIVED or PENDING. If the 'Allow Duplicates' check box of the Rank Type is N then the rank given to the student must be unique across the Rank Type, Org Unit and Admission Period. Organisational Unit details cannot be NULL when the System value for Rank Type = ORG-UNIT. Organisational Unit details cannot be NULL when the System value for Rank Type = INST-WIDE. |
