PAAW1180 - Proposal Comments
Table of Contents
Overview
This page displays comments for a proposal instance.
Within this page you can create or remove comments for a proposal, but you can only remove a comment that you created and which no one has replied to.
When creating a comment, you can create a new comment or reply to an existing comment. When writing the comment, you can also select if the comment applies to the whole proposal or a specific part of the proposal.
The number of new comments for the proposal is displayed at the top of the pop up. This is the number of comments that have not been 'marked as read'.
The set of comments may be for the whole proposal or for an element within the proposal. The context for each set of comments is displayed at the head of that set of comments.
The Display drop down list
The Display drop down list allows you to select from:
- All Comments - all comments
- General Comments - only comments at the proposal level
- Element details - only comments for this element.
The range of elements displayed is affected by:
- The 'Display when' values and conditions for the elements as defined in PAAW0200
- The current state of the proposal instance
