This overlay screen is divided into three sections:
- Credit Points\Contact Hours
- Progression Measures
- Completion
Credit Points Details
- Minimum Credit Points Required for Course Completion - The minimum number of
Credit Points that the student must achieve before it is possible for course
requirements to have been completed.
- Granted Advanced Standing - The sum of any unit and unit level Advanced Standing
granted to the student for this course.
- Passed Credit Points - The number of Credit Points awarded for successful studies.
If a unit is repeated and passed a second time, it is counted once only, except
where it is flagged as contributing multiple credits to a Course Attempt.
- Total Achieved Credit Points - The sum of Granted Advanced Standing and Passed Credit Points.
Note that a student may have achieved more than the minimum number of Credit
Points required for Course Completion, yet not have satisfied all requirements.
- Minimum Additional Credit Points Required - The difference between
the Minimum Credit Points Required and Total Credit Points accumulated.
- Currently Enrolled Achievable Credit Points - The total number of Credit Points the student
is currently enrolled in. This only takes into account units in Teaching Periods
commencing prior to the current date.
- Future Enrolled Achievable Credit Points -
Current/Future/Total Enrolled Achievable Credit Points convey that the student is enrolled in units which, if passed, will provide the specified number of Achieved Credit Points.
Do not confuse with Enrolled Credit Points. The Rules process firstly looks for Override Achievable Credit Points, and if a value doesn't exist it looks for Achievable Credit Points. If this doesn't exist, then it gets Enrolled Credit Points.

Note: 'Contact Hour' requirements are defined for VET courses only.
- Minimum Contact Hours Required for Course Completion - The minimum number of
Contact Hours that the student must complete before it is possible for course
requirements to have been completed.

granted to the student for this course.
- Completed Contact Hours - The number of Contact Hours completed for successful studies.
- Total Achieved Contact Hours -
- Minimum Additional Contact Hours Required - The sum of Granted Advanced Standing and completed Contact Hours.
Note that a student may have achieved more than the minimum number of Contact Hours required for Course Completion yet not have satisfied all requirements.
- Minimum Additional Contact Hours Required - The difference between
the Minimum Contact Hours Required and Total Contact Hours completed.
- Currently Enrolled Achievable Contact Hours - The total number of Contact Hours the student
is currently enrolled in and is expected to complete. This only takes into account units in Teaching Periods
commencing prior to the current Date.
- Future Enrolled Achievable Contact Hours - Conveys that the student is enrolled in units with required Contact Hours which, if successfully completed, will provide the specified number of Achieved Contact Hours.
- Total Enrolled Achievable Contact Hours - Conveys that the student is enrolled in units with required Contact Hours which, if successfully completed, will provide the specified number of Achieved Contact Hours.
Progression Measures Details
- Progression Status - The current progression status of the student in this Course Attempt.
Possible values are:
- UNDCONSID
- Student has Progression Rule outcomes under consideration as the result
of failing one or more Progression Rules. These outcomes have not yet been
approved.
- SHOWCAUSE
- Student is eligible to show cause against Progression Rule outcomes (added
as the result of failing 1 or more Progression Rules). This status can only
exist where the configuration applicable to the Student Course Attempt (SCA)
allows a Show Cause period. If so, this would be the status for a SCA still
within the Show Cause period, or a SCA where a show cause submission has been
made & no decision has yet been recorded about it.
- GOODSTAND
- Student is in good standing & has no pending or active Progression Rule
Outcomes recorded.
- PROBATION
- Student is on probation (related to 1 or more approved Progression Rule
Outcomes). The status of probation may have an associated Encumbrance (e.g.
restricting Enrolment to a maximum number of Credit Points for a subsequent
progression period) or it may have no associated penalty (so serve as a 'warning').
- SUSPENSION
- Student is suspended from the course as the result of the approval of (or
expiration/dismissal of any show cause period/submission) a Progression Rule
outcome.
- EXCLUSION
- Student is excluded from a course (or Course Group) as the result of the
approval of (or expiration/dismissal of any show cause period/submission)
a Progression Rule outcome.
- EXPULSION
- Student has been expelled from a course (or Course Group) as the result
of the approval of (or expiration/dismissal of any show cause period/submission)
a Progression Rule outcome.
- Course GPA - The
current Grade Point Average for the student's Course Attempt. The calculation
uses only finalised grades.
- Course WAM - The weighted average mark of the student Course Attempt.
