Run Details This report can be run on-line or in batch mode in job scheduler. Preparation for this report involves performing a number of activities within the Graduations Subsystem. Initial ordering of groups of Graduands is performed at Award level and optionally at Unit Set Group level, in GRDF2110 and GRDF2120 respectively. Once the Graduands in a particular Ceremony are identified, each attending Graduand is allotted an order number within a Ceremony by running GRDJ5200. Seat numbers are allocated manually in GRDF4210. This report produces a list based on the allotted order or Seat Numbers for a particular Ceremony Round, Ceremony or Venue, depending on the parameters selected. |
The Produce A Graduate Register block contains: Parameters Tab
|
Rules/Notes: A sequence of events, described in Understanding Graduations, lead to the production of accurate lists via this report. |
The Ceremony Round, Ceremony Number and Venue parameters are used to restrict the list to particular Ceremonies and/or Venues. The Display parameter is used to specify the type of detail required in the list. The sort order parameter provides a number of options for sorting of the list. |
Rules/Notes: Graduands, the Award each is to receive and the Honours Level of the Award (where applicable) are listed according to the sort order specified in the parameters. |
