|
Rules/Notes: A sequence of events, described in Understanding Graduations, leads to the production of accurate lists via this report. |
Select the Required Ceremony Round. The next four parameters in this job are used to refine the data set produced in the report. Selection of the Award and/or Course parameter limits reporting to that course/Award only, even for selected graduates have also taken out other Awards in the round. The sort order parameter provides a number of options for sorting of the list. |
Rules/Notes: Graduate Register The report selects all Graduands with a Status of GRADUATED. Graduates are displayed with the Award each received and the Honours Level of the Award (where applicable). Each Award received in the round is listed, unless parameter selection confines the report to a particular course and/or Award. Conferral and Ceremony details are also displayed for each graduate. If a graduate attended more than one Ceremony in the round, each Ceremony will be listed (distinguished by Ceremony Date). In each case, all primary Unit Sets completed in relation to the selected Ceremony Round, and also the Testamur details, are repeated. An 'R' recorded to the right of a Testamur Issue Date denotes a replacement Testamur. Details are displayed according to the sort order parameter specified. |
