Use this form to allocate persons or person ID groups to a Business Activity Process in a particular context. This form is similar to GENF4910, except that the System BAP Codes that are available are determined by the context for the BAP. This form may be accessed, in context, from:

Rules/Notes: Fields displayed in the Context block depend on where this form was called. Only certain BAPS are available in each context. This is determined by the BAP's System BAP Type (defined in GENF4900).

To define BAP membership:

Rules/Notes: If called from CRSF2210, CRSF2310 or CRSF2500, the context Unit Version must not be INACTIVE. If called from CRSF1210, CRSF1400 or CRSF1280, the context Course Version must not be INACTIVE. If called from CRSF4200, the context Unit Set must not be INACTIVE. The Business Activity Process Code must be open. The Person must be staff member and not deceased as recorded in ADMF1213. Either Person ID or Person ID Group must be entered, but not both. Start Date must be less than or equal to the End Date. Start and end dates cannot be overlapping for the same Person or ID Group. |
