A sponsor undertakes to make payment of all or part of a Student's Fee Liabilities for a particular course.

This form is used to record Sponsor Types that are then assigned to organisations or individuals acting as sponsors in the Record Sponsor Details form (FINF4100). The 'Sponsor Type' classification is intended for administrative reference.

The Sponsor Type block contains:

• Sponsor Type
• Description
• Closed check box

Rule/Notes:

Use this form to create Sponsor Types used to distinguish different kinds of sponsors.

If a type is no longer required, it can be closed. Once recorded against a sponsor, a type cannot be deleted.

Rules/Notes:

Examples of Sponsor Types could be CHARITY, CORPORATE, FACULTY, GOVERNMENT or PRIVATE.
