Rules/Notes: The user cannot select 'No clashes allowed' check box at the same time as any of the other check boxes on the More tab. If the user does not have the CLASH-OVRD Advanced Security Function, then they will not be able to deselect the ‘No Clashes Allowed:’ check box in the parameter form. The user cannot select the 'Allow clashes with all non-repeating mandatory activities:', 'All
non-repeating optional activities:' and 'All repeating activities:' check
boxes at the same time. The 'All activities' check box should be selected instead. Students will not be allocated to an activity that is a part of a group regardless of overrides. If the 'No Clashes Allowed checkbox:' is deselected, then at least one clash check box must be selected. |
