ENRF3260 - Maintain Student Course Attempt Promotional Discount

Purpose	To record, view and maintain Promotional Discounts applied to a Student Course Attempt.

This form is used to display and maintain Promotional Discount records for a Student Course Attempt.
Promotional Discounts are recorded in FINW0100 and reduce the fee assessment amounts by the percentage recorded for the Promotional Discount Instance.
ENRF3260 is accessed in context by clicking on the Discount button for the Fee Category T-List item for a student course attempt in ENRF3000.

The Student Course Attempt block contains:

Person ID
Sex
Date of Birth
Course Attempt Status
Course Version

The Student Course Attempt Promotional Discount block contains:

Include Deleted Items check box
Promotional Discount ID
%
Start Date
End Date
Description
Deletion date

Rules/Notes:

You have the option to include logically deleted records when querying records in this form. To display deleted discount records, select the Include Deleted Items check box and then requery.

Student Course Attempt Promotional Discounts that are not logically deleted cannot have overlapping start and end dates

The End Date cannot be before the Start Date.

To record a Promotional Discount record for a Student Course Attempt using this form:

Display the required Student Course Attempt in ENRF3000.
Select the Fee Category T-List item.
Click on the Discount button to display ENRF3260.
Select the Promotional Discount ID.
Record the Start Date.
Record an End Date if required.
Click on the Save button.

Rules/Notes:

The Percentage field is populated with the value recorded for the Promotional Discount percentage recorded in FINW0100.

To delete a Promotional Discount record for a Student Course Attempt using this form:

Display the required Student Course Attempt in ENRF3000.
Select the Fee Category T-List item.
Select on the Discount button to display ENRF3260.
Select the Promotional Discount ID record to be deleted.
Click on the Delete toolbar icon.

Rules/Notes:

The Promotional Discount record is logically deleted but can be redisplayed by selecting the Include Deleted Items check box and requerying.
The Deletion Date field for this record is automatically populated with today's date.
