CRSW1910 - Training Plan Template Status

Overview

Use this page to create Training Plan Template Statuses which are used change details for the institution-defined It also allows you to delete existing Training Plan Template Statuses or add new ones.

System Training Plan statuses are ACTIVE, INACTIVE and PLANNED.

This page is accessed via the main menu.

On accessing the CRSW1910 page, a list of Training Plan Template Status records is displayed.

For more information, see the Working with Lists overview Help page.

Click on New to open the New Training Plan Template Status pop up with a blank record displayed.
Click on Edit Records to make the fields in a selected record editable.

To Create a new Training Plan Template Status

  1. Click on the New icon on the ENRW1910 page and the New Training Plan Template Status pop up will display.
  2. Enter values into the fields and click on Create to create a new Training Plan Template Status record and return to the list of Training Plan Template Statuses.
    Click on Cancel to return to the list of Training Plan Template Statuses without creating a new record.

To Edit a Training Plan Template Status

  1. To edit an Training Plan Template Status record, click on Edit Records and for the record in ENRW1910. The record will display in full.
  2. Make the required changes, then click on Save & Close.
    If you wish to return to the the list of Employers without saving your changes click on Cancel.

Field Descriptions

The following table describes each field in CRSW1910. Not all of these are initially displayed in the list of records, however they are available when updating records or creating new records.

Unique name for this Institution-defined Training Plan Template Status.

Description

Description of the Status.

TRNG_PLAN_TEMPLATE_STATUS.DESCRIPTION
System Training Plan Template Status

The System Training Plan status to which this local status is mapped. The system Training Plan Statuses available are PLANNED, ACTIVE and INACTIVE.

TRNG_PLAN_TEMPLATE_STATUS.S_TRNG_PLAN_TEMPLATE_STATUS
System Default

Select this indicator if this is the system default Training Plan Template Status for the System Training Plan Status to which it is mapped. One and only one status can be the System Default value for each System Training Plan Status.

TRNG_PLAN_TEMPLATE_STATUS.SYSTEM_DEFAULT_IND
Closed

Select if this status is closed. Closed statuses cannot be assigned to Training Plan Templates and cannot be defined as the System Default value.
