Note: Currently, this page is not used in Course Plan Structure pages. It is expected to be utilised in a future project.
This page is used to create and maintain Publication Attributes that can be applied to a Component (CRSW2020) belonging to a Course Plan Structure.
Publication Attributes are used to display additional information about a Component when it is published in the public-facing Enquiry system; for example, to inform an enquirier that the Component can be studied overseas.
It is also possible to apply a particular style to the Publication Attribute so it is displayed in a particular style in the public-facing Course Plan Enquiry system, for example, to give it a particular 'look and feel' as prescribed by the institution.
This page is one of the Reference Data pages that is used to set up data required on Course Plan Structure pages. For example, Publication Attributes set up here are applied to CPSVs used in the institution's Course Plan Enquiry system.

On accessing this page, a list of Component Publication Attribute records is displayed. Records can be edited directly in the table. For information, see the Working with Lists overview Help page.
The following table describes each field on the CRSW1080 page, including applicable Table values.
An asterisk (*) indicates the field is mandatory on the New Publication Attribute pop-up page.
Note: Field labels are institution-configurable.

| Style Class | The colour, font, or font size etc of the Component Publicaton Attribute when it is displayed on the Course Plan Enquiry page. The available values for this field are sourced from the Style Classes (GENW0040) page. COMPONENT_PUBLICATION_ATTR.STYLE_CLASS |

| Closed | Indicates whether or not the Publication Attribute is closed for use.

1. To create a new Publication Attribute, click on the New icon on the CRSW1080 page. The New Component Publication Attribute pop-up page is displayed.
2. Enter values in the fields, as required. For field information, see Field Descriptions, above.
3. Click on the Create button to save the new Course Plan Structure Qualifier record.
1. The list of records on the CRSW1080 page is an 'editable list' and records can be modified directly in the table.
2. To modify a Publication Attribute, select the required record from the list on the Component Publication Attributes (CRSW1080) page, then click on the Edit Records icon. The fields belonging to the selected record are now available for editing. For field information, see Field Descriptions, above.
