CRSF4130 - Maintain Unit Set Statuses

To allow the creation and maintenance of institution defined Unit Set Statuses

Unit Set Status

  

This form is used to record the institution defined Codes for the Status of a Unit Set.

Codes might include ACTIVE, INACTIVE, PLANNED. The data maintained in this form is used within the Maintain Unit Sets form (CRSF4200).

Each Code must be mapped to a System Unit Set Status.

It is recommended that the mapping of institution Codes to System Codes be a one-to-one relationship.

 

The Unit Set Status block contains:

  • Unit Set Status
  • Description
  • System Unit Set Status
  • Closed check box

Rules/Notes:

Once used in the System, Unit Set Statuses cannot be deleted. Select the Closed check box to prevent further use.

Once used in the System, only minor description modifications should be performed.

Each different System defined value must have at least one institution defined value mapped to it.
