The purpose of this function is to enable the definition of Activity Groups associated with a Unit Offering Option. The main reasons to
create Activity Groups are:
A Display Order (for use in the Self Serve Facility) must be recorded for each Unit Offering Option Activity Group. In order for students to be allocated to a Unit Offering Option Activity Group, offerings of the activity must first be associated to the group. The Activity Offering are created in CRSF2800. For each Activity Offering the Teaching Week Delivery Pattern of the activity will be recorded. |

create a new Activity Group:

Rules/Notes: A Unit Offering Option Activity Group cannot be inserted, updated or deleted if the parent Unit Version is inactive. Activity Group code cannot be updated. Display order must be unique across Unit Offering Option Activity Groups and Unit Offering Option activities. |

Rules/Notes: All the Activity Offering information that is displayed after selecting the ID from the LOV, is from CRSF2800. Cannot enter an Activity Offering that is not offered. Activity Offerings must have instances in the Weeks. |

delete (logically) a
Group Activity Offering:

Rules/Notes: A Date will appear in the Deletion Date field, which records the Date which the Group Activity Offering was deleted. By checking the Include Deleted Offerings checkbox, the user can then query and view logically deleted records. |
