Purpose

To display history details for a student's bank account

This form is used to display the history of changes to a student's bank account records.

The data displayed in this form is maintained in the Maintain Student Bank Account Details form (ENRF3400)

A user can inquire on Bank Account Detail records that have been successfully deleted/edited, either via Connect or ENRF3400.

Each record in the Bank Account Details History block includes the following information:

• The date and time any given Bank Account was effective i.e. the date and time the record was recorded and the date and time the recorded was either removed or replaced by a new or updated Bank Account record.
• The Bank name, BSB, Account Number and Account Name of the Bank Account record edited/deleted.
• The details of the person that edited/deleted the record.
  

This form can be assessed in context via the Details History button in the Maintain Student Bank Account Details form.

The Student Course Attempt block contains:

• Person ID
• Sex
• Date Of Birth

The Bank Account Details History block contains:

• Bank Name
• BSB

Spread Table

• Account Number
• Account Name
• Update By
• Effective From
• Effective To

Rules/Notes:

Student bank account records are displayed in reverse chronological order.
