Purpose

To display history details for a Course Type.

This form is used to display the history of changes applied to a Course Type.

The data displayed in this form is maintained in the Maintain Course Types form (CRSF1110).

The Course Type block contains:

The Course Type History block contains:

• History Start Date

Spread Table

• Description
• Govt Course Type
• Sector
• Award Course check box
• Applicant Portal Non-award Course check box
• Course Type Group Code
• ARTS Course Type [VET]
• TAC Course Level [HE]
• Research Type check box
• Closed check box
• Comments
• Explanation
• History End Date
• History Who

Rules/Notes:

Perform query to retrieve a known course type or ALL Course Types.

A query can be performed to retrieve only those Course Types defined as award. Reselect the Award Course check box as part of the query criteria.

Changes to the course type are displayed in reverse chronological order.

This form is entered in context for the Course Type where the form has been previously accessed within the current session.

The Sector field only displays for cross-sector Callista installations.

The ARTS Course Type field only displays in VET and cross-sector Callista installations.

The TAC Course Level field only displays in HE and cross-sector Callista installations.
