Purpose

This form displays history details for an applicant's Admission Course Application Instance.

Perform a query to retrieve a known person.

Changes to the applicant's Admission Course Application Instance are displayed in reverse chronological order.

This form is entered in context for the applicant where the form has been previously accessed within the current session.

A history of comments entered is listed within this form. The editor must be used to view the full comment.

The Government Industry Code field applies to VET sector courses, and displays the Australian and New Zealand Standard Industrial Classification (ANZSIC) code used for 'Skills for Growth' enrolments and reporting to Government.

The Assessor is the person who is currently assessing an Admission Application. The Assessor can be updated in the Update panel in ADMW1000. When a new assessor is recorded in ADMW1000, the Assessor Assigned Date is automatically set to the current date. The Assessment Status can also be set on that page.
These fields are not displayed in ADMF3240.See ADMW1000 (Assessor View) or (Administrator View).

Note that the Batch Outcome Status column displayed during Batch Update is only temporary and so is not displayed in AUDF3112.
