ASSF01E0 - Maintain Assessor Types

Purpose

To allow the recording of institution-defined Assessor Types

Use this form to record institution defined Assessor Types.

Assessor Types might include: MARKER and UNIT CHAIR

Assessor Types are used to classify Assessors in Maintain Assessment Items (ASSF2100).

 

The Assessor Type block contains:

  • Assessor Type
  • Description
  • Default check box
  • Closed check box
 

Indicate whether the Assessor Type is the Default or not. When a new unit assessment item is created, the System also automatically creates an assessor. The Assessor Type it assigns to the assessor is the Default type. However, this can be altered.

Rules:

Once used in the System, Assessor Types cannot be deleted. Select the Closed check box to prevent further use.

One and only one Assessor Type MUST have its Default check box selected.

Default applies to Open records only.

To change the Default assessor it is necessary to deselect the current Default item.
