The report includes:

  • Request/Response detail and messages from within the Request and Request Message tables

  • Student Entitlement detail for the request

This job is accessed from the main menu.

The block contains:

  • Transaction Status (Pop)

Rules/Notes:

Validations include:

  • If Process Results field is unchecked, Request ID must be specified
  • If Process Results field is checked, request ID must be ‘%’
This report will be run using the following two methods:

1. As part of the Batch Entitlement Request Results (ADMJ3930) process. This will only occur when the Process Results parameter is checked. If the Process Results parameter is checked, one cannot run this job in immediate mode. (Message number: 10879 - You must un-check the Process Results indicator to run this report in immediate mode.)

2. By running the report for a previous request, that is, when the Process Results parameter is unchecked and specified parameters are entered.

If the report produces no records when scheduled, that is, when there are no outstanding requests, then the report will still be produced with a message specifying that no records were found.

The processing of the report will retrieve necessary information (see report layout below) from the HEIMS Request, HEIMS Request Message, HEIMS Transaction HEIMS Transaction Message Person Student Entitlement and Person Student Entitlement History tables.
