This
form is used to assess the responses provided by an international applicant to questions displayed during their admission application in Applicant Portal, and, if required, override the derived weighting (assigned in ENRF01Y0) for each response. A weighting override score can be assigned to each response in this form (ADMF5710), if required, and is used for internal purposes only (for example, to identify 'at risk' applicants). It has no bearing on the Offer Status or Outcome Status assigned to the applicant's application. Service questions and responses are displayed for a Person ID or an Applicant ID (as selected in the Service block). (Note, an applicant is automatically assigned a Person ID when their application is transferred from Applicant Portal to SMS via the ADMJ5000 job.) Responses to questions for the STUDENT VISA PROCESSING Service Type are retrieved from the AP_APPLICANT_SRVC table structure. Responses to questions for the STUDENT FINANCIAL DECLARATION Service Type are retrieved from the PERSON_SERVICE table structure. This form is accessed via the main menu. Note: This form was developed for the requirements of Edith Cowan University (ECU), however, it can be customised for use by other institutions, if required. |

Rules/Notes: Questions and Responses displayed in this form are dependent on the configuration set up in the 'Maintain Services' (ENRF01Y0) form. Enter the required Person ID or Applicant ID to retrieve the applicant's responses that they provided during their admission application in Applicant Portal. Retrieved Questions and Responses can be filtered by System Service Type and/or Service Code. For example, you can restrict the returned records to questions of Service Type STUDENT VISA PROCESSING or STUDENT FINANCIAL DECLARATION. The Open tab displays Questions and Responses for Questions of Response Type 'Open' (see ENRF01Y0). The Multi Choice tab displays questions and responses for questions of Response Type 'Multiple Choice' (see ENRF01Y0). A derived weighting value is only displayed for questions of Service Type STUDENT VISA PROCESSING or STUDENT FINANCIAL DECLARATION and a Response Type of OPEN or MULTIPLE CHOICE, as set up in ENRF01Y0. Assess each Response and, if required, override the derived weighting (assigned in ENRF01Y0) by entering a value in the Override field. (Note, this is for internal purposes only.) The Total Weighting value is automatically calculated when you save your changes. The Total Weighting value is the sum of all derived weighting values under both the Open and Multi Choice tabs. If an override value is entered for a Response then this value is used instead of the corresponding derived value for the Response. That is, an Override value overrides (negates) its corresponding Derived value; and it is the Override value for a Response that is added to the total, not the Derived value. |
