To allow the recording of an Admission Applicant's Employment Details

This form is accessed through (ADMF3000), via the Employment button (middle block).

Employment Details on this page may be populated via the ADMJ5000 job after being initially recorded in the APWRKEXP application in Applicant Portal.

 

The Person block contains:

  • Person ID
  • Sex
  • Date Of Birth

The Employment Detail block contains:

  • Position
  • Start Date
  • End Date
  • Type Of Employment
  • Fraction
  • Tenure Of Employment
  • Org Unit Code
  • Contact Person
  • Employer
  • Other Contact
  • Contact Details
  • Comments
  • Assessment Comment

Rules/Notes:

Address Details for the Employer should be recorded in the Contact Details field. The Comments field should not be used for this purpose.

Record details of an Applicant's Employment History. Recording of data in all fields except 'Position' is optional. However, either Org Unit Code or Employer must be recorded.

Type Of Employment and Fraction allows the institution to record whether the applicant worked FULL TIME or PART TIME and what fraction of a full time load they worked.

Tenure Of Employment can be recorded as CONTINUING, FIXED TERM or CASUAL.

Rules/Notes:

When accessed via the Employment button, Admission applicant records cannot be queried. It is necessary to return to ADMF3000 to select a different Admission applicant record.
