Use this form to record the institution-defined Access and Equity Categories which can be used by the applicants when registering an application. This form can be accessed via the Callista menu. |
The Access and Equity block contains:

Rules/Notes: The Access and Equity Category and Description fields must contain data. The Explanation field is optional. Where text is entered in this field it is displayed in the Applicant Portal. |
This is a reference data form that is used to populate an LOV used in the Applicant Portal. |
Rules/Notes: Once used in the Applicant Portal, Access and Equity Categories cannot be deleted. Select the Closed check box to prevent further use. |
