Use this form to record institution defined codes for Admission Test Types. Codes can be used to indicate if tests an applicant may be required to complete, are eligible for a course. For example: the University Medicine Admission Test (UMAT). This form allows the joining of Sub-Score Types to Admission Test Types. This permits institutions to define the Types of Sub-Scores that can be recorded against a specific Admission Test Type. For example, an English proficiency Admission Test may have Sub-Score Types relating to reading, writing and verbal skills. This form can be accessed via the Callista menu. |

Rules/Notes: Cannot create an Admission Test Sub-Score Type for a closed Sub-Score Type. Cannot delete Admission Test Sub-Score Type while Admission Test Sub-Scores are mapped to it. Columns in System Admission Test Type LOV are:

The data maintained in this form is used in the Record Special Admission Test Score form (ADMF3518). Sub-Score Type data is maintained in Maintain Sub-Score Type (ADMF0440).

Rules/Notes: Once used in the System, Admission Test Type codes cannot be deleted. Select the Closed check box to prevent further use. Once used in the System, only minor description modifications should be carried out. |
