Use this form to record the Institution defined Tertiary Education Level Of Completion codes. Codes might include A, D, S and W. These codes are used in ADMF32B0 (accessed via ADMF3000) to indicate the level of completion attributed to previous Tertiary Education as identified by the applicant. They may also be used within the Applicant Portal, if the Applicant Portal Available check box is selected. Each code may optionally be mapped to a TAC Level Of Completion. This permits data supplied by TAC to be converted into Institution defined values for recording against an applicant. This form can be accessed via the Callista menu. |

It is recommended that where the TAC supply this information, the mapping of Institution codes to TAC codes be a one-to-one relationship. It is also recommended that wherever practicable, TAC codes should also be used for the Institution defined codes. |
Rules/Notes: Once used in the System, Tertiary Education Level Of Completion codes cannot be deleted. Select the Closed check box to prevent further use. Once used in the System, only minor description modifications should be carried out. To make a Level Of Completion value available to Applicant Portal users, select the Applicant Portal Available check box. The Completed check box indicates that the Tertiary Level Of Completion is a complete status. |
