Parameters

This job removes activity log entries that are older than a specified number of days. For example, the job could be run weekly to delete all activity log entries older than 14 days. The job deletes records from the S_SELF_SERVE_ ACTIVITY_LOG table and the S_AP_ SELF_SERVE_ACITIVITY_LOG table.

The parameter form provides the ability for users to delete from just one or both activity log tables and to specify a different number of days for each table.

Run Details

This job is typically run:

• As a standing request in an 'off-peak' run window.
• As frequently as the institution's data management regime requires, although it is recommended that the job be set to run weekly or monthly depending on the use of Callista Connect functionality.

  Specifying a number causes activity log entries to be deleted if they are older than that number of days. The default is 31 days.

  Specifying a number causes activity log entries to be deleted if they are older than that number of days. The default is 31 days.
