Maintain Frameset

This form is used to create and maintain framesets as web elements for web pages. Framesets are an alternative way of creating the body of a web page. A frameset contains frames that are sections of a web page that can work independent of each other to display different web pages.

To set up frames for use in a web page, a frame is created in the Maintain Frames form and attached as a subordinate of a frameset in a web page in Connect Builder. A noframes element should also be created in the Maintain Noframes form. It is used to provide an alternative method of display for users whose web browser is not capable of handling frames. The noframes element is placed as a subordinate element immediately below the frameset element in Connect Builder.

For more details on the creation of web pages refer to the specialist topic Understanding the Web Administrator.
