Understanding Confirmation of Enrolment

This page gives a snap shot of a students enrolment details for a set Academic Year, in real-time. The results of that extract for a single student is published on Connect (ENR-COE) when a student enters their log in and password after selecting the Confirmation of Enrolment option.

The default listing on the Confirmation of Enrolment screen are:

• Course details:-
  • Academic Year
  • Course Code
  • Attendance Type
  • Attendance Mode
  • Student Contribution Amount Status
  • Student Status
  • Fee Category
  • Fee Option

• Progression Details - this shows the student how many Credit Points are still required before completion of the course. It also shows the number of granted Advanced Standings, and total achieved Credit Points.

  • Discipline Band
  • Semester
  • Credit Points
  • EFTSL (Current Unit Load)
  • Unit Status

Setting Up Callista and Connect for Confirmation of Enrolment

To create a new Cohort Process Window for ENR-COE, the user will need to enter details into GENF1100 (Maintain Cohort Process Windows).

The recommendation to clients when setting up the cohort processing window for ENR-COE in GENF1100 is to use an Aggregate Load Calendar.  The Aggregate Load Calendar will have a relationship to the load calendars and be subordinate to the Academic period.  The Aggregate Load Calendar should run from 1/1/YYYY to 31/12/YYYY or the start and end dates corresponding to the Academic Calendar Start and End Dates.
