Required Examinations Report (ASSRC640)

Introduction

This report is part of Callista Staff Connect and is used to display scheduled examinations for units in a particular course using different criteria to search by to obtain the results.

After logging onto Staff Connect, the Report is accessed from the main screen. The Report (Required Examinations Report) can be found from a list under the Reports heading on the left-hand side of the main screen.

The user has the choice of viewing the report in DELIMITEDDATA, PDF or XML.

Different information entered into the fields determines what is in the report. Although the Reports have a uniform appearance, the data determines the size and content of the report.

The screen information is based on the existing Required Examinations Report (ASSR0640) in SMS.

This is an example from only one page of the report produced as a pdf. There are other pages to the report, and depending on selected criteria, what is displayed. Delimited or XML reports will have different layouts.
